Hi, I’m Karen!

Social media manager, strategist, storyteller, and founder of Social With Karen.

My work in social media started nearly a decade ago, helping businesses build stronger online presences — from small startups and nonprofits to large organizations and national brands. With a background in advertising and public relations, plus my Masters in Business Administration, I’ve always approached social media as a real business tool, not just a place to post content.

Today, I’m an award-winning social media manager specializing in Instagram strategy for health, wellness, and service-based brands. I work primarily with med spas, dance studios, fitness brands, and wellness businesses that want more structure, clarity, and consistency in their online presence. I’ve helped 45+ businesses strengthen their positioning, clean up their Instagram presence, and build content systems that actually support growth.

My work has been recognized with honors like UCF’s 30 Under 30, Best Social Media Campaign of the Year, and multiple Reelies Awards. My focus is helping business owners simplify social media and turn it into a tool that actually supports growth.
